Damaged; although the bottom half of the vellum cover is largely intact. In the same hand as in /1, 18th century notes: A Mich 1561 ad Mich 1562. (In Latin) "quod patet ex nominibus sociorum mutatis in hoc anno" [Matthew Page, elected January 1561 and William Smith, elected February 1561, first appear in 7th week, 2nd quarter). Weeks and quarters added in pencil by Provost Marten.
Reversed on the bottom of the front folio (top missing): John Wynchester gentylman
