Grant by Warin son of Warin to the church of St George of Modbury of an acre of land in Burrell which his father, Warin son of Serlo, gave to the church, namely Sibard's acre, with annual rent 3s. Witnesses: John vice archdeacon, Urban the dean, Gilbert de Macre, Roger the clerk, Ada the chaplain of Modbury, Andrew the chaplain, Ralph the clerk, Warin de Padreda, Benedict de St Germans, Duignellus, Roger the clerk, Thomas de Berel and others.
