Grant by Yves, Vicar of Modbury, of one burgage in the town of Modbury with its appurtenances, to the church of St George of Modbury. The burgage lies between the house of Philip Girard and the burgage of Henry the clerk, son of Susanne. Rent of 9d. Witnesses: Randolf Ruffus, William de Bikebir, John de Chilweston, Richard de Chiswill, William de Arboribus, Philip Girard, Walter Grusci and others.
