Copy of the appointment by Walter, bishop of Exeter, of Richard de Tottonia as vicar of Modbury, with the great and lesser tithes of the vill of Leigh, and a third of the great and lesser incomes of the whole parish, except the great and lesser tithes of Penquit, the offerings on St George's day, and the oblations and wax offerings at the churching of women, also excepting the tithes of the mill and the prior's consecrated ground, provided the vicar inhabits a certain croft next to the Priory garden containing 7.5 acres at 7s rent.
