Quitclaim by Richard Chaplain and Isolde his wife, and Peter son of Lucy, sister to Isolde, of their right in a quarter virgate of land called Bywestechercha, a dispute between them and the prior of Modbury having been heard in the King's court in the presence of Thomas de Waylond. Witnesses: Ralph le Rous, William de Miminlonde, Adam Fortescu, Walter de Langham, Matthew de Strechelegh, William de Bolterescombe, Richard de Colemor, Richard de Stoketon, Nicholas Bertelot of Combe, Thomas de Dunnewill and others. Enrolled at Westminster the Wednesday after St Martin in the 40th year of Edward son of Henry.
