Quitclaim by Elias, son and heir of John Albi of Modbury, of his right in a quarter virgate of land called Bywestachercha, once hel dy his uncle Reginald, to Vincent, prior of Modbury, for 100s. Witnesses: William de Bikebir, Roger de Pridias, Peter de Fishacre, John de Asselegh, Ralph le Rous, John de Doune, William de Coleford and others. Given at Modbury Monday after St John the Baptist 1285.
