Agreement between James de Oxton, Lord of Modbury, and Robert Truwerd, prior, over the number of monks, access, and half a mark's rent from the mill at Swanbridge. Witnesses: Peter de Fishacre, Andrew Trelock, John de Asselegh, Walter Pollard, Robert de la Pytte, Richard de Strode, Henry de Lappaflod and others. Given at Modbury Sunday after the Exultation of the Holy Cross, 13th year of Edward's reign.
