Agreement concerning dispute over the grange between Stephen, Prior of Modbury, John his monk and others there, and James de Oxton, lord of Modbury, Andrew de Trelock and others. Agreement concerning security of the barn, access arrangements and repair of the walls. Witnesses: Henry de Ralegh, Peter de Fishacre, Robert le Deneys, Robert de Stokehaye, Ralph de Lynham, Philip de Botreford and others. Wednesday before the feast of St Barnabas, 18th year of Edward's reign.
