Record of plea heard at the assises of Exeter between Peter de Pridiaus [Pridias] and brother James, abbot of St Pierre-sur-Dives and brother William de Nova Mansione, prior of Modbury, concerning hospitality at the priory for Peter and his wife, in exchange for their quitclaim. Witnesses: James de Oxton, Peter de Fisacr' [Fishacre], John de Bykebyr' [Bikebir], Simon de Holacumbe [Holcombe], Roger de Mymylond [Miminlonde], Gilbert de Addeston, Henry le Noreys and others.
