Confirmation by Roger de Hynkepenne, Lord of Halton, and Johanna his wife of a grant of 3d rent and services owed from land in Nodetor' [Notter] made to the priory of Modbury by Rualdus de Haltona, his ancestor, in perpetual alms. Witnesses: William de Ferrers, John de Chaluns, Nicholas de Morton, Geoffrey de Bodbran, Hugh de Hareston and others. Thursday after St Luke the Evangelist, 3 Edward II.
