Bond by William Champernoun, Esquire, to pay to William, Prior of Modbury, one hundred pounds at Christmas next. Given Monday before the Feast of Michaelmas.
The condition of the bond is that, if the said Champernoun shall stand by the judgment of Philip Courtenay, Esquire, in all actions between him and the said Prior, the bond shall be void.
