Counterpart of Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College of Eton, upon the surrender of a lease to the Rev. Thomas Baker, D.D. and Ambrose Andrew Rhodes, Esquire, to Ambrose William Rhodes, of Exeter, clerk, and Edmund Andrews, of Modbury, gentleman, of theaforesaid, To hold for twenty years from Michaelmass,last for a yearly rent of 62li : 18s : 4d and 1674 gallons of wheat and 4464 gallons of malt or their money equivalent a the current rate of the Windsor market, and 41li : 3s : 1d being the amount of the land tax redeemed by the lessors. Also license for one hundred pounds as before.
