Counterpart of Indenture of lease, for twenty years from Michaelmas last, by the Provost and College of Eton, upon the surrender of their former lease to the Rev. Thomas Baker, D.D. of Loventor in the parish of Berry Pomry, and Ambrose Andrew Rhodes, of Bellair, Esquire, of the foresaid, and rents aforesaid. (and 1674. gallons of wheat and 4464. gallons of malt) Also licence for one hundred pounds, as foresaid.
