Precept of Nicholas Radeford, a Justice of the Peace, Co. Devon, to the Sheriff of Devon, mayors, constables, bailiffs and other ministers of the King in the said County, ordering them to abstain from proceeding against John Pytton, servent of the Prior of Modbury, who has found sufficient surety for keeping the peace towards Robert Shynner and all other lieges of the King.
