Precept of Nicholas Radeford, a Justice of the Peace, Co. Devon, to the Sheriff of Devon, mayors, constables, bailiffs and other ministers of the King in the said County, ordering them to abstain from proceeding against William Beuselyn, Prior of Moddebury, who has found sufficient surety for keeping the peace towards William Strode, clerk, and all other lieges of the King.
