Extract from the Pipe Roll, 7 Henry VI (1428-9) (E. 372/274), relating to the debt of John Robissart, chivaler, and Robert Priaux, monk, of the Abbey of St Peter super Dyvam [St Pierre-sur-Dives], farmers of the priory of Modbury, and the payment of £163 6s 8d to Joan, Queen of England, to whom the priory had been granted 27 January 1414, from the farm of the same.
