Indenture of lease, by Robert Aldryge, Provost, and the College, to Elizabeth Hyllary, widow, Owen and John Hyllary, of the demesne lands in Pydelhynton, to be held by them successively for 21 years from Michaelmas 1549, for a rent of £4.
Attached by a parchment tongue is a bond by Geoffrey Danyell of Clatforde, co. Wilts, gentleman, in £10 to the Provost and College, the condition of which is that, if the conditions of the accompanying indenture are observed, the bond shall be void.
Three Seals. (1) and (3) Octagonal, 16mm, a girl's or boy's head in profile, classical; (2) Round, 13mm, W. HAYNE.
Seal on bond, on tongue, same as (1).
