Copy of a convenant between Nicholas Kelway and Sarah Newman, by which the said Nicholas shall enjoy three parts, and the said Sarah the fourth part, of the site of the manor of Puddlehinton, with the demesne lands and a cottage with its appurtenances, which had been leased to them jointly by the Provost of the College Royall of Eaton by indenture of 20 December last.
