Counterpart of lease upon surrender of a former lease (no. 069), by the Provost and College to Sir John Sidley, of Alesford, co. Kent, Bart., of the rectory of Stourminster Marshall [Sturminster Marshall] (excepting the manor of Little Charlton with all its lands etc. in Little Charlton and Charlton Marshall) for 21 years from the feast of the Annunciation last. For a rent of £20 and 15 quarters of wheat and 20 quarters of malt or their money value at the current rate of the Windsor market. The lessee shall provide food and lodging for the lessors or their officers, for two days and three nights, not above twice a year.
