Counterpart of lease upon surrender of his former lease, by the Provost and College to Sir John Sedley, of Alisford, co. Kent, baronet, of the rectory of Stoureminster Marshall [Sturminster Marshall] with its appurtenances (excepting the manor of Little Charlton with all its lands etc. in Little Charlton and Charlton Marshall), for 21 yeas from the feast of the Annunciation last. For a rent of £20 and 15 quarters of wheat and 20 quarters of malt or their money value at the current rate of the Windsor market.
