Counterpart of lease upon surrender of a lease to Sir John Sedley, by the Provost and College to Sir William Sedley of Southfleete, co. Kent, baronet, son of the said Sir John, of the rectory of Stourminster Marshall [Sturminster Marshall] (excepting the manor of Little Charlton with all its lands etc. in Little Charlton and Charlton Marshall), for 21 years from the feast of the Annunciation last. For a rent of £20 and 15 quarters of wheat and 20 quarters of malt or their money value at the current rate of the Windsor market.
