Sturminster Marshall, Dorset: Counterpart of lease for rectory

Counterpart of lease upon surrender of his former lease, by the Provost and College to Sir Frederick Hyde, of Serjants Inn, Chancery Lane, knight, of the rectory of Stourminster Marshall [Sturminster Marshall] (excepting the manor of Little Charlton with all its lands etc. in Little Charlton and Charlton Marshall), for 21 years from the feast of the Annunciation last. For a rent of £20 and 15 quarters of wheat and 20 quarters of malt or their money value at the current rate of the Windsor market. The lessees to pay £40 in lieu of the provision of subsistence, if the lessors or their officers do not visit the premises any year.
