Lease upon surrender of a lease to Henry Fitch, by the Provost and College to Henry William Fitch of High Hall, co. Dorset, esquire, of the rectory of Sturminster Marshall (excepting the manor of Little Charlton with all its lands etc. in Little Charlton and Charlton Marshall) for ten years from 5 April last. For a rent of £20 and 15 quarters of wheat and 20 quarters of malt or their money value at the current rate of the Windsor market.
