Sturminster Marshall, Dorset: Counterpart of lease for rectory

Counterpart of lease upon surrender of his former lease, by the Provost and College to the same Henry William Fitch, esquire of High Hall, co. Dorset, of the rectory of Sturminster Marshall, (excepting the manor of Little Charlton with all its lands etc. in Little Charlton and Charlton Marshall) for ten years from 5 April last. For a rent of £20 and 15 quarters of wheat and 20 quarters of malt or their money value at the current rate of the Windsor markets.
