Counterpart of lease upon the surrender of his former lease, by the Provost and College to the same Henry William Fitch, esquire, of High Hall, co. Dorset for the rectory of Sturminster Marshall (excepting the manor of Little Charlton with all its lands etc. in Little Charlton and Charlton Marshall) for ten years from 5 April last past. For a rent of £20 and 15 quarters of wheat and 20 quarters of malt or their money value at the current rate of the Windsor market. Signature of lesses.
