Counterpart of lease upon the surrender of a lease to Henry William Fitch, esquire, by the Provost and College to Richard Drax Grosvenor, of Charborough, co. Dorset, esquire, of the rectory of Sturminster Marshall (excepting the manor of Little Charlton with all its lands etc. in Little Charlton and Charlton Marshall), for ten years from 5 April last For a rent of £20 and 15 quarters of wheat and 20 quarters of malt or their money value at the current rate of the Windsor market.
