Counterpart of lease upon the surrender of a lease to R. E. D. Grosvenor, esquire, by the Provost and College to William Churchill of Henbury, co. Dorset, esquire of the rectory of Sturminster Marshall (excepting the manor of Little Charlton with all its lands etc. in Little Charlton and Charlton Marshall) for ten years from 5 April last. Rent of £20 and 1080 gallons of wheat and 1440 gallons of malt or their money value at the current rate of the Windsor market. Other provisions as before. Signature of lessee.
