Precept by the official of the episcopal consistory of Salisbury to the dean and the apparitor of the deanery of Whitechurch to cite Humfrey Baskerfeld of Lytheat Materfes [Lytchett Matravers], diocese of Salisbury to appear in the cathedral on Tuesday after the feast of St Luke the Evangelist to answer master John Person, perpetual vicar of the parish church of Sturmyster Marchall [Sturminster Marshall] in a cause concerning the substraction of ecclesiastical rights owed to the said perpetual vicarage. Given under the seal of his office.
