Confirmation of the grant of the manor of Hullavington and one hospital at Malmesbury to the church of St Victor by Hugh de Mortimer, as well as the church of Hullavington and that of Surrendell which his father gave to St Victor, with their appurtenances and the church of Stratfield Mortimer. Also he confirms his grant of the manor of Clatford, with one hide of land and seven cottages.
