Hullavington, Wiltshire: Grant of messuage in Malmesbury

Grant of one messuage with appurtenances in the main street of Malmesbury, between the houses of William Janitor and that of Adam Sprot, by Katherine Selkeld, widow of Elias Pistor, to William, son of Ralph Faber, on his marriage to her daughter Alice. She had been given the messuage by her widowed mother, Matilda. Annual rent of 16d to be paid to the prior of Hullavington, and one halfpenny to her brother John Selkeld. Warranty clause. Witnesses: William and Richard Hasard, William de Aula, William Hunlavynton, Henry Taylur, William Pany, Adam Sport, William le Fys.
