Lease by R. abbot of the monastery of the Blessed Mary of Lonley, to Adam Bernardi and Gervase, his son of a tenement which Robert de Blancfort held situated in the parish of Otrehamnetonne [Otterhampton], for their lives in survivorship. Total yearly rent, payable to the prior of Stoke Curcy [Stogursey], of 48d. Wednesday after the Resurrection.
Seal of the abbey, pointed oval, 65 mm, natural colour wax, on doubled tag, a good impression. The Virgin and Child enthroned, an angel on each side; beneath, under a canopy, the abbot, a monk on each side.
There is a doubled tag for another Seal which is lost.
