Certificate of Extract from the register of the Consistory [Court] of Bath and Wells of a sentence passed by Hugh Elys, President of the court, in a suit between the prior of Stogursey and John le Somiter concerning the spoliation of tithes in Thithingtone [Tivington] by Se....erthe, in the diocese of Bath and Wells (names of tenants given), in favour of the priory, on Friday after the Ascension, 18 May 1330, London, fifth before the Ides of July, 11 July 1332.
