Lease, for the life of Andrew Lanlais, by Godfrey, prior of Stoke Curcy, and the monks there, to John Cayser and Matilda, his wife, of half a burgage with the rent of the same, lying between the tenements of John Jurdan and Ralph Colne and half a house situated between the house which was of William Bere and the house late of Richard Chitop with the rents thereof and half a piece of land called Cokeslond between the land of Thomas atte Crosse and the King's way. Yearly rent a rose at the feast of the Nativity of St John the Baptist. Witnesses: John Dobbe Michael Corduent Adam Peres and others. Stoke Curcy Monday after the feast of St Peter Cathedra 11 Edward III.
