Indenture of lease for their lives in survivorship by Thomas Provost, prior of Stockecurcy, and the monks there, to Matilda, relict of John Cayser, and John, her son, of a tenement with a croft which the said John, the father, held, a piece of land called Fremantel, eight acres called Cockyslond, three acres which Michael Cordywent sometime held lying between the land of Adam Bakyler junior on one side and Vincent Lanwelays on the other, together with three acres which Robert Tonkers formerly held. Yearly rent 19d. Withnesses: John Bakyler William Colne Adam Perys William Mountfort Thomas Smyth and others. Given at Stockecurcy Sunday after the feast of St James the Apostle 23 Edward III.
