Grant by Henry Powair, senior, to brother John Galart, monk of the monastery of the Blessed Mary of Lonlay, farmer and keeper together with dominus Richard de Crescevilla, priest, of the priory of the Blessed Andrew of Stokecurcy, of all grain in the grange of the said priory and all tenements lands etc pertaining to the said priory, and quitclaim of all actions against the said John, and promise to acquit the said John of all arrears of the King's farm for the time that he, Powair, has been manucaptor of the said priory and annul all instruments and bonds that he holds both of the present abbot and of his predecessors. Given at Stokecurcy in hall of the priory, Saturday after the feast of St Luke the Evangelist.
