Indenture between the Provost and College and Thomas Hobbes, of Brompton Raffe, gentleman, referring to the lease to Robert Christmas of 20 December 1569, and to a lease of the same to the said Thomas Hobbes from Michaelmas 1568 and agreeing that the rents therein specified of £51 13s 4d and 4 fat steers were intended to be paid upon one of the said indentures and not upon both. And license for Thomas Hobbes to alienate the premises. Signature of Hobbes.
