Indenture of lease upon surrender of former leases, by the Provost and College to Thomas Hobbes of Stogursey, gentleman, of the site of the manor or priory, with rents from churches, for the lives in survivorship of Edward, George and David Hobbes, his sons. Total rent £48 10s and £12 15s in wheat and malt, being a third part of the old rent. Signature of Hobbes.
