Quitclaim by William son of William Bercarius of Chynnore to Simon son of William Jurdan of Hentone of all his right in a messuage in Hentone situated between tenements of the said Simon and of Andrew the Cook (Cocus) together with a house built on the same and nine apple trees, which he had on a lease for life from the said Simon.
