Bledlow, Buckinghamshire: Indenture of lease of messuage

Indenture of lease for their lives by Simon, son of Willlian Jurdan, of Henton, to John Baudre, of London, and Matilda, his wife, of a messuage with appurtenances in Hentone situated between the grantor's tenement and the tenement of Andrew the Cook (Cocus), 208 feet long and 70 feet broad on the southern end and 31 feet at the eastern end. The grantee to build a house on the same of four pairs of props (furcae) at his own expense and take care of nine apple trees. Rent 2s silver.
