Given at Thursday after the feast of St Benedict the abbot, 7 Edward II [28 March 1314 or more probably 12 July 1313 i.e. the Translation]
Seal

It seems probable that the translation, not the deposition of S.Benedict is the feast meant, for 28 March would naturally be called Thursday after annunciation.
