Deyer, and Hugo Aylwyne of Eton to William Spraket of Eton of a piece of the feoffor’s garden, late of William Daye, in Eton, between feoffor’s garden on the south and a tenement of the feoffee late of Henry Smyth, on the north, extending from a messuage of feoffee, late of Gonnora Knyf, on the east to a meadow of feoffee late of Richard Doke on the west, enfeoffed to them by John Jourdelay of Eton. Witnesses: John Jourdelay, William Openore, Richard Bocher, Henry Smyth, John Sheparde, William Page, Steph. Bowyere. Given at Eton, Sunday after St Luke, 11 Henry IV.
