Grant by William Spraket of Eton to John Jourdelay of the same of a piece of grantor’s garden, late of Gonnora Knyf, in Eton between grantor’s garden, late of said Gonnora, on the north, and a garden late of William Daye on the south, extending to land of said William Daye at both ends; also 3d rent from grantor’s tenements in Eton, late of said Gonnora. Witnesses: John Deyere, William Openore, Richard Bocher, Alanus Jourdelay, John Spraket, John Smyth, Steph. Bowyere. Given at Eton, Sunday after St Luke, 11 Henry IV.
