Chaux of Eton near Windsor and Juliana his wife to William Lane of the parish of Eton, of a messuage and curtilage in the town between a messuage late of William Simond and a curtilage late of Peter de Eltham extending from the King's way to a lane leading to the rectory. Witnesses: John Jourdelay, John Hynderlyng, William Openore, William Page, Hugo Aylwyne. Given at Eton, Monday, translation of St Edward, 12 Henry IV.
