Lease by William Lane to Steph. Chaux and Juliana his wife of a messuage and curtilage in the town between a messuage late of William Simond and a curtilage late of Peter de Eltham extending from the King's way to a lane leading to the rectory for their lives at the rent of a rose. Witnesses: William Jourdelay, William Spraket, William Page, Hugo Aylwyne, John Chapman. Given at Eton, Tuesday after St Edward King and Confessor, 12 Henry IV.
