Bucks, gentilman, and Alicia his wife to Nicholas Mede and Alicia his wife of the same of a tenement and garden in Eton called Fleccheres and a small cottage annexed thereto on the south, also a piece of meadow between the said garden and a ditch called Casteldyche, for 14 years, at a rent of 20s. 4 August, 14 Edward IV.
