Grant by Richard Lane of le Wyke in the parish of Eton, co. Bucks to Thomas Swan of Eton, gentilman, and Alicia his wife of 1½ acres of land at le Wyke in a field called le Hyde, viz, 1 acre between land of grantees on the north and a close called le Ferneclose, also theirs, on the south extending from Sinam [Cippenham] park on the west to land of John Water on the east, ½ acre between land of John Water on the south and a meadow of grantees on the north, extending from land of John Water on the west to a close of grantees on the east, in exchange for 2 acres at le wyke in le Hyde between land of John Water on the north and land of the grantor on the south and extending from land of John Water on the west to a close of grantees, called Chapmans, on the east and ½ acre in le Westfelde of Eton in a field called Markfyr.
