Lease by Johanne Lane late wife of Richard Lane of the Wyke in the parish of Eton beside Windsor, Thomas Lane of Maydenhith [Maidenhead] co. Berks, smith, and Thomas Hithe of Woborn Dencourt [Wooburn] co. Bucks, husbandman, feoffees of lands of said Johanne, to John Borastone of Eton of 1½ acres of meadow, viz, 1 acre in a mead called Innyngmede between mead of the said John Borastone on both sides, ½ acre in Modyrston, in the parish of Eton, for 19 years from Michaelmas at a rent of 1d. 5 September, 7 Henry VII.
