Grant by Eugenia, relict of Osberus Mercenarius, in her free widowhood, and John Wery and Matildis,his wife, to Thomas fil Burneli, carpentarius, for his service and 8s, of a piece of land belonging to the grantor’s messuage, in the abbot of Abingdon’s fee in Windsor, 2 perches, 3 ft x 1 perch 3 fr, whereon Robert de Welde and Ceceilia his wife have built a grange, at a rent of 2d.
