Feoffment by Alex Lee, clerk, John Seward al Spicer, capellanus, William Evyneton, esquire, Abraham Sibylies, gentleman, and Alex Chamberleyn, to Thomas Rolf of a garden in New Windsor next to a lane called le Tullane between a garden late of John Otewey, formerly of Thomas Plomere, on the north, the said lane on the south, a garden of said Thomas Rolf, late of John Peers, and a garden of Robert Legat, late of Richard Skynnere on the east, and a ditch called le Goswell diche on the west, enfeoffed to them, with Richard Lovell, esquire, deceased, by Richard Pochon to whom it was enfeoffed by said John Seward and Alex Chamberleyn, to whom it was enfeoffed by John Wight. Also power of attorney to Richard Grenewey and John Pury of Windsor to give seisin.
