Grant by Nichola, daughter of Alice Pistor, of New Windsor, to Ralph Fowel and Mabel, his wife, of the same, of a moiety of a messuage in New Windsor, lying between the other moiety which the said Ralph has held in fee from said Nichola for some time and a tenement late of Geoffrey le Waite and extending from the King's way to the tenement of the said Ralph and Mabel.
